RASPBERRY PULL - APART COFFEE
CAKE
 
1 1/2 loaves frozen bread dough
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. sliced almonds
1 1/2 c. raspberry jam
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. light brown sugar

When dough is pliable, divide into 24 pieces. Roll each piece out flat; put 1 teaspoon of jam in center and seal around all sides. Then take each ball, roll in butter, then sugar and almonds and place in greased bundt pan.

Let rise 1 hour and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Turn out of pan and frost with Cream Cheese Glaze. Serve warm.

CREAM CHEESE GLAZE:

3 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
2-4 tbsp. cream or milk
1/4 tsp. almond

Mix well and drizzle over coffee cake.
