RASPBERRY COFFEE CAKE | |
2 c. flour 3 tsp. baking powder 1 c. sugar 1 pt. fresh raspberries 1/3 c. butter 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. milk 1 c. powdered sugar 1 tbsp. melted butter 2 or more tbsp. water Cream sugar and butter; add egg and vanilla alternately with flour; mix well. Pour in a greased 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle with raspberries. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Drizzle with powdered sugar icing. |
