MOCK TURKEY 
4 c. cooked brown rice
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
5 tbsp. oil
3 c. pecan meal
2 tbsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. chicken seasoning

Grind brown rice through food chopper. Saute onions and add to cooked ground rice. Mix nuts and seasonings into rice mixture. Cover entire baked dressing with rice mixture. Form as a turkey. Save enough mixture for 2 legs (drumsticks). Place skewer sticks into turkey and form the mixture around them.

BASTING:

1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. milk

Mix together. Brush over entire body of turkey. Bake 15 minutes, baste again and bake 20-30 minutes or until golden brown at 350 degrees.
