BISCUITS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk plus 2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. oil

Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Mix milk and vinegar to sour; add oil, then add flour mixture. Roll out and cut to 1/2-inch thick.

Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes until done.
