QUICK DROP BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. milk

Sift dry ingredients into bowl; add liquids and stir until mixture leaves sides of bowl. Hand mold and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes at 475 degrees.

Quick and Easy, texture is perfect. You might want to add some extra milk if batter is to stiff after mixing. I added shredded sharp cheddar and sprinkled garlic salt on top. Tasted very close to a certain restaurants Cheddar Bay Biscuits.

Very easy & delicious. Picky kids loved them. I made with coconut milk as I was out of regular milk, so can be modified for those with milk allergies. I agree that adding cheddar cheese makes them even better.

Tried coconut milk just because and no cheddar, added dried oregano and topped with Parmesan. Quick, easy and tasty!!
