BISCUITS MADE WITH OIL 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 egg or 2 egg whites
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2/3 c. milk

Sift flour, baking powder, cream of tartar, salt, and sugar together in large bowl. In a small, deep bowl, beat egg; add milk and oil. Blend together and add to first mixture. Knead on floured surface until smooth (about six times); roll 1/2 inch and cut with biscuit cutter. Bake 20 minutes at 450 degrees.

Taste pretty good. The dough is a bit wet. You need to have plenty of flour to roll out the biscuits. and they cook for only about 14-15 minutes. My husband liked them.
