CORN PUDDING 
3 eggs
3 tbsp. plain flour
1/3 - 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter
2 c. milk
2 c. corn (fresh or creamed canned)
1/4 tsp. salt

Melt butter in an 8"x8" dish. Mix flour and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add melted butter, corn, milk and salt. Stir and pour into baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Do not allow to get too brown.
