CORKSCREW PASTA SALAD | |
12 oz. cooked & drained 1 c. broccoli flowerets 3 tbsp. olive oil 2 med. zucchini, cut 1/4" slices 1 lg. red or green pepper, cut sm. 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved 1/3 c. sliced radishes 3 green onions, sliced 1 c. Honey Dijon Ranch dressing Steam broccoli until crisp tender. In large bowl toss pasta with oil; cool. Add rest of ingredients, pour on dressing, toss. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Just before serving, add more dressing, if desired. Makes about 8 servings. |
