LEMON-SWEET CUCUMBERS 
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 large cucumber, sliced (2 c.)

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cucumbers. Blend well. Add cucumber slices. Toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. If desired, drain before serving.
