STUFFED BAKED FRANKS 
1 lb. large franks
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. pickle relish
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 c. herb stuffing mix
1/4 c. tomato catsup
3 slices sharp cheese, cut in strips

Cut franks almost through lengthwise. Cook onions in butter until tender. Combine stuffing mix, onion, water, catsup and relish. Mix well. Mound stuffing on top of franks. Place on baking sheet, cover and chill until serving time. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Top franks with cheese strips and return to oven until cheese melts.
