FAVORITE YEAST ROLLS 
2/3 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. lukewarm water
5-6 c. plain flour

Mix all ingredients with flour last. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Take out enough for meal - roll and cut - cover and let rise in warm area for at least 4 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
