HOMEMADE BROWNIES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips

In large bowl beat eggs with fork. Add oil and water. Using wooden spoon mix remaining ingredients (except nuts and chocolate chips) until well blended. Stir in nuts and half of the chocolate chips.

Pour into 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining milk chocolate chips over brownie. Use knife or spatula to spread evenly. Cool and cut into bars.
