TEXAS BURGERS 
1 lb. hamburger, fried and scrambled
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. ketchup
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook hamburger. Mix all other ingredients together and add to cooked hamburger. Stir all together and cook for 5 minutes more. Serve on hamburger buns. Makes about 10 sandwiches. (I eliminate salt, find its plenty with celery salt.)
