MEXICAN BURGERS 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 tbsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper
4 corn tortillas
Vegetable oil for frying
Chopped lettuce for garnish
Salsa sauce
Plain lowfat yogurt

In large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until very hot. One at a time, fry tortillas about 30 seconds on each side until golden crisp. Drain on paper towels.

In a medium bowl, mix beef, chili powder, salt and pepper. Shape into 4 patties. Cook patties until done or desired. Spread tortillas on individual plates. On each, put a mound of chopped lettuce, one burger and salt to taste. Top with yogurt, fold tortilla over and serve immediately.
