CHILI CHEESE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can refried beans
1 large can chili (with beans)
shredded cheese

In glass baking dish, spread cream cheese on bottom, followed by refried beans and then chili. Warm in oven at 350°F until warm through. Add cheese and let melt. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos chips.
