ASPARAGUS SALAD SLATHIT HALYOUN 
2 lb. asparagus tips, boiled
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. pomegranate seeds or lemon juice
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped

Boil asparagus tips until tender. Cut in half lengthwise. Mash garlic and salt. Add oil and pomegranate seeds or lemon. Pour over asparagus. Mix well. Sprinkle with parsley.
