RICE PILAF 
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. regular rice
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. slivered almonds

In medium saucepan, saute onion and garlic in butter until softened, but not browned. Add rice and stir well. Add broth and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Add almonds. Serve with Chicken Roll-Up sauce.
