TURKEY PARMESAN 
1 egg
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
4 or 5 slices turkey breast
3 tbsp. oil
1/4 lb. Mozzarella
Spaghetti sauce

Combine egg with salt and pepper. Mix bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese. Dip each cutlet in egg then in crumbs. Saute cutlets over medium heat on both sides. Slice Mozzarella. Cover with sauce then top with sliced cheese. Cover skillet until cheese melts.
