TURNIP SLAW 
2 turnips, shredded
1 green pepper, chopped
2 sm. onions, chopped

Put the ingredients in water in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours until crisp; drain well, then add following dressing.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
