EARTHQUAKE CAKE | |
1 c. chopped pecans 1 c. coconut 1 German chocolate cake mix with pudding 1 stick butter 8 oz. cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla 1 box powdered sugar Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 13x9x2-inch pan heavily with Pam or shortening. Place pecans in pan. Sprinkle coconut over pecans. In large mixing bowl mix cake mix according to directions. Pour mixture over the coconut and pecans, spreading evenly. Set aside. Mix together soft butter, cream cheese (softened), vanilla, powdered sugar and small amount of milk to make mixture spread easily. Pour over cake mix, sealing all sides. Bake for 40 minutes. |
