CALIFORNIA CHEESE CAKE 
SHELL:

1 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs, crushed fine
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 tbsp. melted butter

Pat crust into two (8 inch) pie tins or one (10 or 12 inch) spring mold cake tin.

FILLING:

1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 whole eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix cheese thoroughly. Add sugar gradually; also whole eggs and vanilla. Pour into shell. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven.

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Pour over baked pie. Bake 5 minutes at 500 degrees. Refrigerate overnight.
