BEAN 'N BACON DIP 
1 1/3 c. (10 1/2 oz. can) condensed bean and bacon soup
1 c. (8 oz. or 1/2 pt.) dairy sour cream
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded American and Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. instant minced or onion or 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion

In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; blend well. Refrigerate at 30 minutes or until served. Especially good served with corn or tortilla chips.

This dip is good served warm, too! A chafing dish or pottery fondue pot works nicely to keep it warm on the serving table. Makes 2 1/2 cups dip.
