CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Cool Whip
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie shell
1 can cherry pie filling

May use any flavor - strawberry, blueberry, etc.

Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add vanilla; add Cool Whip and mix thoroughly. Pour into the graham cracker pie shell; top with the pie filling and chill for several hours.
