3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Combine all ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell; sprinkle some sugar and cinnamon on top.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
