SOUTHERN STYLE PECAN FUDGE 
1 lb. powdered sugar
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans

In medium sauce pan, heat sugar, butter, cocoa, milk, vanilla and salt over low heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread mixture quickly into buttered 9 x 5 loaf pan. Cool; cut into squares. Makes 2 dozen.
