SALMON SCALLOP 
1 lb. can salmon
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Flake salmon, combine salmon and salmon liquid with cheese, salad dressing, onion and mustard. Put in Pyrex dish and bake in oven until heated and bubbly. This is also good served cold.
