BLUEBERRY QUICK BREAD 
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. blueberries

Grease and flour 9"x5" loaf pan.

In large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. With pastry blender, cut in butter; blend until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Add nuts. In small bowl, beat eggs. Stir in milk and vanilla. Mix egg and flour mixtures. Gently stir in blueberries, spoon evenly in pan. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
