TOFFEE HEATH SQUARES 
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. water

Sprinkle nuts over bottom of buttered 8-inch square dish. In 1 1/2- quart casserole place brown sugar, butter, and water. Microwave at HIGH 5-6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes until thick. Quickly spread over chopped nuts. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces over toffee.

Cover dish so heat melts chocolate. Let stand 5 minutes. Spread chocolate evenly over top. Refrigerate to set. Turn out of dish and break into pieces to serve. Makes about 1 pound.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
