SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6-9 med. potatoes
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion

Boil potatoes until tender. Combine 1 stick melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese and onions; mix well and then stir in potatoes. Pour into 9"x13" baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
