SCALLOP DELIGHT 
1 to 2 lbs. scallop, rinsed

STUFFING:

1 stick butter, melted
1 shot Grand Marnier or Orange Curacao liqueur
1 dash celery salt
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1 dash salt and pepper

Add your choice of the above liqueur to crumbled crackers before adding butter. Add remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top of scallops. Bake at 325 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. Glass or pyrex dish is suggested for this. Also good on fish.
