HERB - SCALLOPED CORN 
1 beaten egg
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) can cream style corn
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
Dash pepper

Combine egg, drained corn, cream style corn, milk 3/4 cup of the cheese, stuffing mix, pimento, and pepper. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 5 to 10 minutes more or until set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serves 4 to 6.
