TURKEY SCALLOP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix or 4 c. leftover stuffing
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (.87) pkgs. turkey gravy mix or 2 c. leftover turkey gravy
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 c. cooked, cubed turkey
1/8 tsp. pepper

Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, spoon into bottom of 2 quart casserole; reserving 1/2 cup for garnish. Melt butter in large skillet; saute celery and onion until tender. Prepare gravy mix according to directions, add with next 4 ingredients to skillet, spoon over stuffing; sprinkle with reserved stuffing. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until heated through. Serves 6 to 8.
