CHICKEN & RICE BAKE 
4 chicken breasts, halved
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. onion soup mix
1 (3 oz.) can mushroom pieces & stems
1 box wild rice & herbs
1 1/2 c. water

In a 9 x 13 inch cake pan, mix all ingredients above, except chicken. Lay chicken breast on top of rice mixture, skin side up. Bake at 325 degrees for about an hour, check for dryness, adding more water if necessary. Finish cooking another 20 minutes.
