REUBEN CASSEROLE 
12 oz. can corned beef
1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 lb. can sauerkraut
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. butter
6 slices rye bread

Crumble corned beef into well greased 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Dot with Thousand Island dressing. Drain sauerkraut well and spread over the top. Cover with cheese. Melt butter. Tear rye bread into crumbs. Toss with butter and sprinkle over surface of casserole. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
