SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
4 chicken breast halves (boned & skinned)
2 green peppers, cut in strips
1/4 c. catsup
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Place chicken breasts in lightly oiled baking dish. Place green pepper strips on top. Combine catsup, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar in a saucepan. Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup water. When sauce boils, add cornstarch mixture. Cook 1 minute. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees 1/2 hour or until desired doneness.
