COLD VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 can shoepeg corn, drained 1 can French style green beans, drained 1 can LeSueur peas, drained 1 lg. can pimento, drained 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. chopped green pepper 1 red onion, diced DRESSING: 1/4 c. vinegar 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. oil Boil above 5 items until sugar is dissolved. Cool and pour over vegetables. Make day before you plan to serve it. |
