COLD MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD | |
1 can green beans, diagonal cut, drained 1 can Leseur English peas, drained 1 can Niblet corn or shoe peg corn, drained 3 to 5 stalks celery, diced 1 med. green pepper, diced 1 sm. purple onion, diced 1 sm. jar diced pimento, drained DRESSING: 1 1/4 c. sugar 1 c. apple cider vinegar 1/2 c. oil 4 tsp. cold water Mix vegetables and place in large container. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables. Let stand in refrigerator 24 hours. (Will keep in refrigerator for about 2 weeks.) |
