Pound cake mix (dry)
2 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. confectioner sugar
1/2 c. confectioner sugar
6 oz. chocolate chips

Mix first 3 ingredients together and pat in 9 x 13 pan. Mix next 3 ingredients with mixer, spread on as second layer. Sprinkle with 1/2 c. confectioners sugar and 6 oz. chocolate chips.

Bake at 350°F for 40 - 45 minutes. Will not look done in center. Make sure completely cool before cutting. Better 2nd day.
