HOMEMADE ROLLS | |
2 pkg. dry yeast (dissolve in 1/2 c. of warm water) 5 c. plain flour sifted 2 egg whites beaten 1/2 c. sugar 3/4 c. melted Crisco 1 1/2 c. warm milk Mix all of the above except egg whites, add them last. Mix well, let stand until they rise. Work down and roll out about 1/4 inch thick, let rise and bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 425 degrees. |
