BERRY FRUIT FREEZE 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Beat cream cheese with sugar and mayonnaise. Stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple and nuts. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan. Freeze until firm. Let stand at room temperature 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Unmold and slice to serve. Serves 8 to 20. Delicious!
