SALMON PUFF 
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
4 slices bread, torn into pieces
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
2 eggs, separated
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Paprika

Mix butter, milk, bread - stir in salmon, egg yolks, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper. Beat egg whites until stiff, fold into salmon mixture. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, sprinkle with paprika. Cook uncovered until top is dry and set, 5 to 7 minutes.

Serves 4.
