CREAMY CORN CASSEROLE 
3 cans shoe peg corn, drained
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, not softened
1 stick butter
1 sm. can diced green chilies

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Melt cheese and butter (can be done in the microwave). Add corn and chilies. Bake approximately 20 to 25 minutes until hot. Serves 8 to 10.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
