SALMON LOAF 
1 lg. can red salmon
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. poultry salt
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
1 c. milk

Mix together. Beat 3 egg whites until stiff and fold into salmon. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees in loaf pan. If desired make white sauce and add peas.
