SALMON LOAF 
1 c. milk
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 lg. can salmon
18 saltines
2 tsp. grated onion
2 eggs, well beaten

Soak saltines in milk until soft. Add juice from salmon and evaporated milk to crackers. Flake salmon removing bones and skin and add with remaining ingredients to cracker mixture. Pour into greased loaf pan or mold set in water and bake in moderate oven about 45 minutes.
