SALMON LOAF 
1 lg. can pink salmon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. hot milk
2 egg whites

Mash salmon; add remaining ingredients except egg whites. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into salmon mixture. Pour into well-greased loaf pan; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. This is good with a cheese sauce poured over it just before serving.
