SALMON LOAF 
2 flaked salmon
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. green peppers
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Chop onion and green pepper. Beat egg. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Bake in a greased loaf pan for 1 hour at 350°F. This is also good for making salmon patties.
