RUSSIAN SALMON PIE (PEROK) 
1 lb. canned or flaked poached salmon
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup and equal amounts of water
1/2 med. onion, grated
2 celery stalks
2 tsp. butter
Pastry sticks or frozen pie shells

Drain and flake salmon, reserving the liquid. combine salmon, liquid, rice, onion, celery and soup. Make pastry and line pie plate. Place fish mixture in casserole and dot with butter. Cover with top crust and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown. Other fish can be substituted for salmon.
