FUN BUNS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped dill pickle
1/2 c. ketchup
1 c. diced Mozzarella
10 buns

Brown ground beef and onion in shortening. Stir in pickles and next 3 ingredients. Add cheese. Spoon about 1/3 cup of the mixture into each bun. Wrap in double thick aluminum foil.

When ready to serve, heat in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot and cheese is slightly melted. Can freeze.
