CRANBERRY ORANGE BREAD 
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. Post oat flakes
1 c. chopped cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix flour with baking powder and salt. Beat eggs, milk, sugar, orange rind, orange juice and oil; add to flour mixture and mix just enough to moisten flour.

Stir in cereal, cranberries and nuts. Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until done.
