CRANBERRY ORANGE BREAD 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. coarsely cut cranberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. salad oil

In large bowl, put flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda. Stir in cranberries, walnuts, and orange peel. In small bowl, put egg, orange juice, and salad oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. (Don't use mixer.) Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
